  • Air Filtration
COVID-19 is an airborne virus that circulates around the spaces we live and work. Air cleaners are an extra mitigation layer to protect yourself and loved ones from exposure. To be most effective, these cleaners should be sized correctly respective to the square footage of the room. Purchase a portable high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) or make a DIY Corsi-Rosenthal Box (CR-Box) air filtration device to help remove viral or other bad particles from the indoor spaces at home and at work. Clean Air Crew offers resources for building a CR-Box cleaner. Visit their website for step by step directions. For less DIY, you can purchase a more traditional consumer device. Clean Air Crew offers additional resources on purchasing air cleaners that are the correct size and within your price point. In addition to CR-boxes, Rep. Driscoll uses Honeywell HPA 100s and 300s at home and in the office depending on the size of the room. The Honeywell HPA series have relatively affordable options for 100, 200, or 300 sq. ft. spaces.
