MBTA Announces Mattapan Line Transformation Program Virtual Public Meeting - Tuesday, October 18th

The MBTA released the following Press Release announcing a virtual public meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 to provide an update on the Mattapan Line Transformation Program:

Mattapan Line Transformation Program Virtual Public Meeting

DATE: Tuesday, October 18

TIME: 6:30 PM

LOCATION: Virtual via Zoom

BOSTON – The MBTA will host a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, October 18, at 6:30 PM to discuss the Mattapan Line Transformation Program. The purpose of this Program is to make improvements on the Mattapan Line to ensure accessible, reliable, and modern service for Dorchester, Mattapan, and Milton for years to come. Additional details regarding the virtual public meeting, including a Zoom link to register, will be available at mbta.com/events soon.

The MBTA invites the public to attend this virtual public meeting to learn more about the status of the Program. Members of the Program team will be available to answer questions and receive comments about the Program.

The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Instructions on how to join and participate will also be posted online at mbta.com/MLT under the ‘Upcoming Events’ section ahead of the meeting. The meeting will be recorded and posted online for those who cannot attend.
